TGIF!

AWW. That's Mr. Jay and one of his tattoos. I love it. But like I've been blabbing about this week people- if you don't make a lifetime commitment to getting fit and staying fit; it is NOT self-sustainable. It requires daily, hourly, weekly monitoring and a good "diet" and consistent activity. SOME people might say that "Never Be Satisfied" is wrong....I choose to look at it as, Yes, I accept where I am right now, but I always strive to get better. ALWAYS. Remember, my motto is Aim High, Never Settle.

I hope you kids are having a GREAT week. I am finally wrapping up a busy Friday and I'm off to enjoy some DOWN TIME FINALLY!! Yess!!! Tomorrow is trick or treat day with my niece and that's always fun....watching kids just light up over processed corn syrupy treats. LOL

Also, check out my favorite squirrel. You think I'm joking. I love squirrels. I'd have one for a pet. If he can just live outside and eat outside and poop outside and just crawl up and be my pet on the deck when I want him around. That's MY kind of pet.
