Woot!! Got my vlog mojo back this week. However, I must run. I am overbooked today- so busy getting ready for next week's Gary V event! So exciting- I wish you all could be here. ;-)
I just realized this last night Kids. Call me crazy- but doesn't Guy Fieri look like Colin Farrel, only with blonde spiked hair and maybe some extra poundage?? Maybe that's why I think Guy is a cutie. I'm not going to lie, I find him appealing. Men that cook are always extra special.
Anyway, sorry about the late post, I'm traveling and just way busy. You all have a kick butt day, I hope you started your week the RIGHT way!! The day isn't over yet if you haven't worked out yet!! COME ON!! Are you making PROGRESS OR EXCUSES?? Make yourself proud!

Um Yea. I'm back on the #INSANITY train. And wow, when you stop doing that kind of Blast-Your-Face-Off-Cardio for a while and go back to it; beware. Two weeks of no Insanity and I was tuckered out in 40 minutes. DANG! But that's a good dang, you know? It feels incredible. Wow, people- it truly is AMAZING how much better we can feel overall when you've got your game face on!! UNSTOPPABLE!!
I just found out that Mr. Jay (my former trainer!) is competing here in Chicago on 11/7, I can't wait to see him. Then we're going to work on getting his MOJO and his training stuff available online so lots of peeps can benefit from that man. Of course, working out with him in person is IT. No way will you get away with ANYTHING when this guy is training you. Sigh, I miss those painful sessions. Sniff. Sniff.
I hope you are having a GREAT weekend. Are you? Yes, I was lame and did not vlog yesterday after saying I would. Can you blame a girl? I finally had a Saturday where I didn't WORK all day! I finally took a break. It was well needed. Had a massage, movie, dinner date and it was bliss.
Now, I will catch you kids tomorrow. Yoga this afternoon- P90X style. And in the mean time I am eating a large Chicago Style pizza with double cheese. MADE YOU THINK!!! ;-) Ok just half the pizza. And a cupcake. ;-0

I'm always amazed. When you get in a funk- for whatever reason, being sick, being lame, being busy- whatever the reason is that you lose your game face, you fall off the wagon~ all it takes is ONCE. You workout ONCE and you get it back. You know what I'm gonna do? I'm going to shoot a vlog tomorrow and tag it 'LAME' as a reminder to myself of how AWESOME IT FEELS TO BE IN IT and how AWFUL IT FEELS TO BE OUT OF IT. Then whenever I'm moving toward a funk...I need to check it out before its another ten days or two weeks of me thinking, "WHAT?? My last workout was WHEN?" What is UP with that? NOTHING.
This is how Kelly feels right now. Kelly has a headache. Kelly needs Excedrin. And Huge Jackman. WHAT? No I think I would even turn down Mr. Jackman if he knocked on my door right now. Wait. Let me think about this. Regardless, I'm EXHAUSTED. It's been a heck of a week. I've been so swamped and sooo off my game workout-wise I'm mortified. Back at it.
From every bad thing, comes a great lesson if you allow yourself to learn it. For every closed door there is usually several new doors opening. You just have to have that frame of mind of accepting the crappy stuff that happens (i.e doors closing) and looking AHEAD to the new opportunities that are there for you, if you choose to FIND THEM. The past 2 weeks had major MAJOR stress and emotional, well, crap. But guess what? I may have been knocked down, but I'm back up. I told you, I am unstoppable. No one is gonna make me give up. I just get BETTER.
